If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have made it easy for you to return your new and unopened product. See below for further instructions.

Note: The Returns & Refunds policies only apply for items purchased directly from Simpli Home. To return Simpli Home products purchased through our retail partners, contact our customer service team at customerservice@simpli-home.com or submit a request on our website.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Sometimes things don’t work out as planned. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from simpli-home.com, we have made the returns process easy for you. We offer home pickup returns on merchandise in good condition (excluding assembled and clearance items) if you request your return within 30 days of the date of delivery. It’s important to follow the correct process, so be sure to read the details below.

What can I return?

You can return items bought directly from simpli-home.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused with the original packaging intact. If you follow the returns process and we determine that you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a credit for your purchase, minus shipping and restocking fees. 

To return items purchased through one of our retail partners, please email customerservice@simpli-home.com or submit a request on our website. Our customer service team will get back to you with instructions. 

What is the returns process?

The returns process is as easy as 1-2-3:  

1. Complete the online return request form and attach photos of the item (if the box is opened) and of the box from all sides. Photos are required for all returned items and are used to determine if you qualify for a refund. You will receive an email with your ticket/request number. If necessary, our customer service team will follow up with any questions or further details. 

2. If your items are found to be eligible for a refund, return shipping labels will be sent to you via email to arrange pickup of your item at home or nearest curbside pickup location (if you live in a multi-level apartment). If you are unable to arrange a pickup, you can also bring the package to a nearby drop-off location. 

3. Once the item has been received in our warehouse and inspected, you will receive a credit for your purchase (minus shipping and restocking fees). Credit will be applied to the same form of payment used to purchase the item. 

Please note: We carefully inspect all returned items and compare them to the photos provided. If the items differ from the photos, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Simpli Home strives to deliver your furniture in the best possible condition. But sometimes fate has other plans.  

All items are covered by our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items/parts, please accept the delivery and then complete the online form for customer service as quickly as possible. Be sure to provide photos of the product and its parts, as they will be used to determine if your issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. A customer service representative will review your request and contact you to discuss possible resolutions. These may include a full refund (only for eligible returns requested within 30 days from the date of delivery) or replacement parts sent to you at no cost—so that you don’t have to return the item and can easily repair it on your own. You won’t need to return any damaged or defective items. 

Please note: Allow us 10-15 business days after receiving your returned parcel to inspect the item(s) and process your refund.

What if I refuse my shipment?

Refusing delivery without notifying Simpli Home in advance will be considered a return and subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees. If there is a delay in order delivery and you just can’t wait, contact our customer service team as soon as possible for help. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from when the item is back in our warehouse.

Can I exchange my item?

Simpli Home does not currently offer exchanges. We know that this is important to customers and are planning to offer this in the future.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, act fast! To receive a full refund, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you are unable to cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your item will be refunded minus a processing fee of up to 20% and the return shipping fee.
